MellowOS Account Recovery

This is a separate recovery window. Your account credentials and 2FA are managed by MellowCloud Auth.

Step 1 — Open recovery on MellowCloud

Use the button below to continue account recovery on the canonical auth service.

Step 2 — Verify identity

Complete email and/or authenticator verification exactly as prompted by MellowCloud.

Step 3 — Return to MellowOS

After updating credentials, sign in again in MellowOS. The same password and 2FA requirements apply.

Note: MellowCloud currently does not expose a separate reset URL path, so recovery opens the canonical auth page in a dedicated window instead of looping your current login tab.
